Miranda Wong

Miranda first stepped on the mat in a hot yoga class in 2004, she was amazed with the transformative power of yoga and was immediately felt in love with it; not only keeping her body strong and healthy, she was also able to find her inner peace and balance. After a decade of regular practice, Miranda decided to make a change of her life. Wishing to deepen her knowledge, she enrolled her first 200-hour Teaching Training in 2014 and start teaching ever since. After attending continuous teacher trainings throughout these years, she became a RYT-500 yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance in 2017.

Miranda is passionate to share all her joy, her benefits and experiences gained throughout her yoga journey with her students. She offers different kinds of yoga classes like Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Detox, Stretching, Yin, Prenatal and Yoga Wheel. Her teaching focuses on proper alignment through hands-on adjustments and the connection between breath and body.
